Halle Folsom of BYU won the 100-meter hurdles in 14.04 seconds and the 400-meter hurdles in 59.11 on Friday at the Oregon Twilight Meet. Folsom, who prepped at North Medford High in Oregon, was making her first appearance at Hayward Field since 2015. Folsom is one of the NCAA's top heptathletes.
